Oct/Nov 2000 travels

It was professionally a busy month for Stephen (see the link to "Life at Apple" on the homepage for details of the seminars he was involved in). He and his colleague John (right) gave seminars at Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, Hobart and Melbourne during the period.

Below are a series of shots from Richmond 30 minutes out of Hobart, Australias' oldest standing catholic church & bridge. The beach shots are from Byron Bay, 2 hours drive south from Brisbane.

John & Stephen didn't have a lot of spare time but did enjoy a spin to Richmond. The bridge was built in 1841 and the church a few years before that. Not exactly ancient, but old for Australian standards- the oldest standing of their variety in te country.
Below is a quick weekend escape to Byron Bay- 600 miles and 20 years from Tasmania. Below Lord & Lady Byron looks out from the most easterly point of Australia.
Satellite "Athoman.com" member, Sam Atherton, joins Stephen, Nick and Pam in Byron on November 5-6th.
