A busy few weeks, indeed months, before Christmas as the team prepare for moves, exams, and change. Old family pals unseen for years drop in like Ralph (ex boyfriend of Stephen's mum), wildlife gets tamer (in some cases like this big snake, wild but tolerant of onlookers), and packing continues as the Brisbane clan prepare to hand their home's keys to visiting Leeds Uni folks on Jan 3rd. Meanwhile James is busy in Oxford and Nick is settling in to life in Barcelona.
Pace yourself! In October the pack up begins - a lot storeto whilst in France 2015

Possum & Baby Poss continue to visit

Actually, maybe not a good idea if he gets too familiar!

Chores accelerate. Clearing gutters for storm season
More storage needed...
.. so a "shed within a garage" solution.

Garden gets a clean up ...
Under watchful eyes
Geoff's team gets into action

Back in Oxford James spends time with pals
Baby Poss starts being more independant
.. and extends the hand of friendship (hunger)
December 9 - ...and talking about hunger - a 2-3 metre Python smells another possum in the garage
Darn! The possum headed for the trees. Perhaps the guy with the camera is tasty
But he curls up and sulks instead (lucky Stephen wired the gaps to keep possums out)
And in Barcelona... the beach is so close one can ignore that it's winter
... until the weather cools down
Paella dishes are no small matter
Work carries on.

Followed by next day a tidy up and some timber refeurb.

Note, Stephen hasn't done any REAL work for years, so his boots are gaffer taped together.
Dec 14 - dinner with Kirsten and Toni Dunlop
and, of course, baby Elenor
Cooling down
Woken by the sound of a falling watering can , we meet our reptile pal again
Out looking for a bed for the day
But after a busy night, he's thirsty
and what better place to find water than a gutter
A snake bridge...
... to water.
The moving continues
Early Christmas greetings from Nick now at Elena's town (must be an Italian thing)
