On Feb 18th 2013 Stephen headed to Sydney Apple HQ for sales meetings. One activity - a movie exercise - took his fancy. Paulie flew in on Wednesday afternoon when Stephen had to head to Parramatta for the University of Western Sydney's 2 day iPad Summit which he helped organise. 9,000 students were to turn up the next Monday with iPads, so staff talked about technology education.
Paulie explored Parramatta and grew to appreciate it's history and multiculturalism. An interesting coincidence was that Paulie's nephew Toni and his wife Kirsten flew in Friday night to collect their new (old) dog "Jock". They all met up for drinks and sat in a Parramatta cafe watching folks go by, bogan cars cruise by loudly, and drug deals acted out until the wee hours after midnight.
