We shouldn't trivialise the week after the 11th August. Rusty stupidly ran behind the car as we backed out of the drive. It was 50/50 for a few days. The vertebrae in his tail had pulled apart just around where the nerves branch off to the bladder. If they were damaged it was the end of the show for Rusty, but he showed mastery of his organs and a week on and one tail snip later, he was home. Return to Home Page
