1st - Paulie and Stephen receive their Birthday gift from James remotely from Oxford A super assortment that clearly triggers a manic episode for Stephen And someone nibbled fruit last night thinking it was their birthday. So a trap set 2nd - one of Paulie's gifts from Stephen for her birthday on the 7th is early. Upcoming winter cycling needs warm hands
Also travelling to France will need free hands. So a backpack arrives. Andrew the Brown Antechinus (we THINK he's not a rat) accepts his gift of fruit and is relocated at the park 7th - A spin for a Birthday lunch with Jan and Jim at Noosaville near their new home to be 8th - keeping the pool in good shape
10th - Olivia flies in from Adelaide for a catch up with the Birthday parents, family and friends As Olivia's birthday is next month, gifting happens now (a cocktail book) Olivia's gift to the Oldies is for cycling or hiking picnics .
. 11th - Adam (with minimal Stephen help) repairs water damage inside the wall at the back of the house Whilst doing so Stephen pokes a hole into the walk-in wardrobe But he repairs it a few days later
Paulie's niece Shari, Pete and kids, and Clayton drop in for lunch . . Olivia does a better selfie
13th - Stephen finishes up the repair work. Oiling and sealing . 14th - a pool safety inspection notes that some of the garden is a climbing hazard so out it goes. some branches being sharp (no- Stephen isn't on anticoagulants. Yet)
. 16th - Stephen is heading to Mareeba to see Nick before leaving to France. He decides to give the family bible to the Mareeba Museum . 17th - Paul Adam started work on meeting pool inspection requests.
But most of the jobs that the guys wanted done before our guests from Canada come are done. Meanwhile Stephen was landing in Cairns, and jumped in his rental and heads to the Atherton Tablelands. Here at Kuranda . The Baron Falls. The next month it, and other water sources, bring Cairns the worse flooding in recorded history
But up on the Tablelands Stephen gets to see his Great-Grandfather's monument And then hand over the bible. It will be in a special place near Great-grandpa's rocking chair. 18th - off to see Nick on 3 visits over 2 days
19th - back to Cairns. Lunch at a cafe at Yorkeys Knob close to the airport for his return flights 24th - Anne Louise drops in her creation  for Paulie to take to France 29th - the last supper with Mitch .
30th - Kookie heard the guys were leaving As did Madame Carra Wong. Not sure they enjoyed seeing each other That evening the Pete and Shari's to celebrate Pete's birthday
