1st July - Olivia takes a walk on Henley Beach A regular habit after work Whilst away in France/UK, the pool back home was leaking. Leak detection guys located it with high pressure gas & marked the ground so Stephen dug down
And his guess was right - the Fig tree's invasive roots So work continued for some days 5th - At 18 years old  Rosie is slowing down .But still loves to check the garden
The offending pool killing root is removed (nearly- 1 bit left) 8th - Rosie is getting the royal treatment . 9th - out for a pedal
Time to get the fig tree trimmed. It will take a few goes to lower the height so roots aren't as aggressive Blood sample taken during a home visit by the vet. Stephen  adjusts his bike shoes whilst watching Le Tour de France Femmes Stephen celebrates two important events
15th - A raclette dinner celebration  with Paulie's French School folks 16th - Jan and Jim are in town for a lunch to celebrate Jim's birthday A gift from cycling daughter Shari from her pedal over Catalan mountains last month .

. 19th - Rosie takes in a bit of sunshine . 20th - a lunch at St Lucia
Now to sit the pipes in paving sand and return the soil before laying the sleepers back in position 21 - doing what she is doing most of the time. 22nd- Stephen pedals to Victoria Park for Le Festival. Everything French These ladies dance as well
Ahh! The Citroen CX- Stephen had a brown one when Nick was born and then a blue one. A lovely venue for such a gig. Food stalls... ... installations ...Le bar

23rd - Stephen (perhaps still in French colonial mode?) makes some Viet rolls for lunch 26th - a cold morning. Lighting the fire filled the house with smoke. 29th - more bonding with Rosie And with mother during a morning walk at UQ Paulie & Stephen set up for Paulie's Great-niece Jess's 30th And surprise! Apart from Shari, the guests didn't know that Olivia flew up for it
. . . Jess shares another bit of news. She's not only 30. Her beau, Clayton, has proposed and she has accepted!
