15Most of the pieces were sold by the end of the night
169th - Jan & Jim stayed the night
1710th - Stephen does some garden chores before hading to Sydney the next day
1811th - Stephen arrives in Sydney for some meetings. Another, newer, Polo to drive north
19Up to a motel near Bonnells Bay, most of the way to Newcastle
20A morning walk
21Then a visit to Avondale University close by in Cooranbong
22Stephen thought the architecture reflected that in upstate NY (home of Seventh Day Adventists) at this small Adventist run university
23Back to Randwick and his small hotel
2412th - Stephen suspected art is not all he absorbed at the gallery on Friday night
25So his meetings (and dinner with pal Zolton) cancelled & a couple of days isolated working from his room. Fortunately he did not pass on COVID to the Provost & VC at Avondale.
2613th - enough hotel isolation. Still staying isolated, Stephen returned the rental car to Newcastle Airport. His savior, Paulie, met him 5 minutes after he arrived. A 9+ hour drive for her!
2714th - After a 4 hour drive they crashed overnight in a room at Kirsten and Toni Dunlop's holiday house in Woolgoolga just past Coffs Harbour (arrived late & left before the kids woke up)
28They had a quick look around the town
29Spotted some locals
30Zipped past the Sikh temple, and headed of on the 4-5 hour drive home.
3115 th - Paulie tested positive the day she drove south. So it was isolation at home
32Paulie's great-niece Claudie delivered some shopping after her work. Truly a great niece
3317th - coincidentally Olivia and boyfriend James tested positive 2,000km away in Adelaide! So we chatted to those who had recently recovered from COVID in Oxford
3423rd - Out of isolation and paddling around Torrens Island in St Kilda Aquatic Reserve (to the north of Adelaide city centre)
35.
36Might have COVID, but still has his sense of balance (but perhaps not common sense)
3724th - Jim & Jan were also just out of isolation (thought to have contracted the virus the same time Stephen & Paulie did). It was worth a drive to celebrate.
38Not wanting to tire Jan Jim out, it was just a quick lunch visit.
39.
40Pretending to ignore each other
4125th - Meanwhile in the garden next door to James & Keno in Oxford...
42But in their garden, Ms Fox brings junior along
43"Stay away from my baby fella!"
4430th - time to do some restoration work.
45Paulie's doll stroller from when she was 2
46The wheel specialist
47Ready for action.
4829th - Olivia watches James perform at a bar in Adelaide city.
49Then a cycle to town. The last hill is always the hardest. Especially such a steep one.
50Nick is staying a few days whilst he looks for a house to rent and Béatrice comes to dinner. She heads to France (Reunion) to stay with family to start a new chapter in her life after loosing Jonathan.
