A busy month with Paulie getting to Adelaide twice - once for work, the other for a birthday. The Adelaide birthday trip was for David Barker's 60th and was a blast delivering a fun evening atop Mount Lofty and sore feet in the morning. And talking birthdays, it was of course Paulie's. For that the dynamic duo had a night out at the movies. The Piper Club tornnament - famous on the tennis scene - came out of hybernation and kicked off again.. Olivia had some of her girlfriends join her for her birthday (officially the 7th next month) cycling vineyard crawl through eth Clare Valley. James and Keno did their thing in Oxford, and Nick moved into a flat in Ballina which wll be his home base for a while.

Nov 1 - Stephen through he would rearrange the library downstairs.
And to St Lucia Atherton's for a drink and a hello to Paulie ...
... who was still in Adelaide at the end of the "Barons of the Barossa" with Des and Benoni. Time out in Anguston
And back to Adelaide and it's food
Adelaide is fine with roses unlike Brisbane.

Nov 3 - Just enough time to meet Olivia in Prospect
Joined by pal & housemate Diana, the gals take the travelers to a local
Nov 5th in Oxford and it's Guy Fawkes time. Still celebrated in NZ and stopped in AU because of bush fire risks
Nov 7 - Paulie's birthday so a night at the British Film Festival ("Operation Mincemeat" and "The Duke")
Followed by a stay in the hotel across the road in Caxton Street.
That afternoon the "Piper Club" unwind after a tough tennis session
Nov 13 - Confit de Canard extraction to make some cassoulet
Sharing said meal with Storm & Daniel who leave for France soon
Nov 15 - back into some exercise up the mountain

Nov 19th - late the night before Paulie & Stephen arrived in Adelaide for Pal David Barker's 60th

That night was dinner at Pal's Rosie and Greg Egan's. His secret door
Leading to a secret treasure
The next moring it was breakfast out
Then a visit to the Art Gallery

Then it was an Uber up to Mt Lofty for the big event.

Then say farewell to David & Jane & family (Olivia's Adelaide family) and Olivia drops the oldies to the airport

Nov 26 th - Paulie's carer colleague (seen above on the trip to the Barossaa with Des) drops in on Brisbane
Benoni takes Paulie to the Van Gogh Alive "multi-sensory experience". A work day for Stephen :-(

Nov 27th - Olivia's birthday (Dec 7th) weekend in the Clare Valley with pals
Adelaide pal Diana, Michelle from the Gold Coast, Megan & Maddie from Brisbane & Lauren from Tasmania joined her
eBiking through the valley vineyards
Nov 28th - Diana had to get back to her registrar work at the Royal Adelaide.
And paramed Michelle ended up having to quarantine on her return as there was a wee COVID hotspot in Norwood.
