1991

It was a busy year.

Jim was two, Nick had school at Indooroopilly State School, Liz was admitted to the College of Physicians, and rushed to complete her PhD and Stephen did the dad thing as well as working at the University of Queensland as a Macintosh consultant.

In January the Great White Hunter Stephen caught this python. Of course he let him go again. A nice chap.

"Snake drives" used to be an evening event at Springbrook for the Athomen.

In between herpetology field trips, work had to be done at the farm.
Back home at Broomfield Street in Taringa, Brisbane, Jim florished. March 1991
And in July found time out to have a drink with Elizabeth at Grandma Terrys' house.
More in July when Stephen clearly got a new film for the camera!

Barbara Laing drops in....

In August Jim visited the zoo to check out the wildlife.
To the left Auntie Asako joined all at the school fete worse than death...

Jim and Nick take the opportunity to go for a ride. July/August 1991

Liz and Stephen attend a conference dinner.
Christmas day 1991.

Interesting how they decide their musical fate. Jim took to singing and Nick to brass even then.
